Selling Dorayaki at Tsuchiura Station

- One group of SGH 2nd grade set a booth at Tsuchiura Station to sell Dorayaki as an activity for SGH field work. So-called “Seishun (meaning Youth in Japanese) Dorayaki” was developed by the SGH students in collaboration with Shichino, the Tsuchiura local dorayaki factory, last year.
In three days, 2,500 pieces were all sold out. At the same time, five members of the group asked questionnaire to customers about recognition of products and their favorite flavors.
